Fold crepe paper in half and cut the neck hole
Unfold paper
Fold white crepe paper and round the corners
Glue white paper to the black dress
HOW TO MAKE THE PILGRIM GIRL HAT
Draw two vertical lines (4 inches long) in a piece of paper and cut through the lines
Fold and staple it
HOW TO MAKE THE PILGRIM BOY HAT
Draw the pattern and cut along the lines.Cut two or three long strips
Fold a piece of paper and cut to make the hat buckle. Glue the hat to the long strips of paper

How to Make an Easy Indian Headband
Fold cardstock paper in half and draw the feather
Cut the feather
Fold cardstock paper horizontally and draw the middle part of the headband
Cut the paper
Cut two or three strips of paper and glue them together
Glue the middle part of the headband to the strips of paper
Glue the feather to the front of the headband
Use one or more feathers to do the indian headband
They can be made out of cardstock paper or foamy
depending on the budget
Kids can decorate them with glitter or any other material.
